Whistle My Tune

Whistle My Tune by Wild Design (previously Lazy Creek)
Written by Jason Linskey and Alex Swaffer

Road signs bendin' in the mouth of the street
Headlights flashes on the faces to greet
Old man drinkin' in the back of the seat
Black crow's peckin' through the tar with its beak
She woke to a sound
Grabbed her throat and pulled her down
Took her smile, took her smile over

Keep it flowin'
Road was long, but cars kept goin'
Hold me down, hold her down
Glowin', glowin'

Old stores burned in the rainstorm blue
Woman screams, yeah screams, "God, why d'ya do what you do?"
I said, "Mary! Jesus, what happened to you?"
She fell, then she yelled to the moon
I ran to the crowds,
I knocked a man, I knocked him down
He was older, he was older than you

Keep it flowin'
Road was long, but cars kept goin'
Hold me down, hold her down
Glowin', glowin'

Whistle my tune
Whistle my tune
Whistle my tune
Whistle my tune

The rain washed the sound
Took God's hand, and threw him down
He got over, he got over sober

Keep it flowin'
Road was long, but cars kept goin'
Hold me down, hold her down
Glowin', glowin'

Whistle my tune
Whistle my tune
Whistle my tune
Whistle my tune

Whisper my tune
Whisper my tune
Whisper my tune
Whisper my tune
